Unknown call with letter N and with title uninstalled apps, missed calls

Today, I received a call from an unknown number. The text below the number indicated that I had uninstalled apps and missed calls. However, there was no number associated with the call, only the letter "N". I am unsure what this means and would appreciate any insights you may have.

Normal if someone missed call just show missed call.
This bug or something please reply

I have no idea. It might be a bug from the network carrier, or someone might be trying to scam me. I have no legitimate idea because I received that text months ago, and after that, I received two calls from a US number.
