Uninstallation of Finance plus

I ve settled the loan and got the NOC. But I cant uninstall the app. Should I reach the service center with NOC to remove the app from my phone?

It is not uninstalling because your loan is not complete it may due to security policy reasons

So, once the loan gets past the end (remaining days), can I uninstall myself?
Note: I've preclosed the loan.

Since you paid the all dues, your device must be unlocked if not, contact samsung finance team..

Today my phone got locked and been trying all customer support lines to unlock my phone. They are not picking the phone up. It's almost 3hrs in waiting. It's so frustrating and irritating.

The phone is actually great to use, but the samsung finance+ app keeps popping up and ruining all the fun.

It just crashes other apps while drawing over other apps.

It just locks the phone out of nowhere.

I have preclosed my loan due to finance company (Chola) has not responding through my phone call or my even I have paid all emi on time (auto debited). Now I am trying to contact them for stopping my phone device tracking and NOC. But they have not responding. I am attaching screenshot for reference. I am sending mail to Samsung care also. Kindly do needful action for remove Samsung finance plus app from my device to stop my device tracking and controlling illegally.
