I reported this issue of astrography, in which s23 ultra expert raw astrography mode was not showing sky guidelelines after the oneUI update, and i got a revert with list of steps that I'll have to follow to fix it. Resetting the app, reinstalling apps, and even resetting the phone. WHY SAMSUNG CONSIDERS THAT THEIR APPS ARE PERFECT AND BUG FREE? Why a customer who pays money to buy this top notch product, faces these issues? Just check your app and up

The Customer support through samsung members app is really bad. These guys might know solutions but they are being put here only to do basic troubleshooting . Basically these guys can easily be replaced by AI assistants and even AI would be far better than these human robots. These are here just so samsung can reduce their expenditure on costumer support services. By putting these cheap human robots.

This is basically how fed up i am with these guys. They literally asked me for a physical checkup of device because of an issue with keyboard stickers. This has happened so many times, now i never report any error.1711915288049.jpg

Definitely gonna switch back to a normal budget android or apple cuz getting this kind of feedback after spending loads of money feels tooo unworthy. The SS you shared is horrible. Atleast apple always makes sure that it's not their issue first then asks the customer for such things, rather than acting soooo stupidly like bots. And believe me, i had a 15000₹ phone for 5 years, few years back, and no issues at all with anything. Or we don't expect that much from that budget phone. Still i had a peace of mind

Customer support at service centre is also bad, first diagnosis is to reset format phone.

True. I went for battery issue few days back, and they said, "we have battery backup like this only"

I went to complaint,that the phone heats up, and they said it's normal., and asked me to go away, they were more interested in treating customers who had their devices out of warranty., ofcourse so they can make lot of ₹₹

Most hard reality is nothing is perfect in Android.
Even the most flagship can give you unsatisfied experience.
Like the issue you mentioned or sudden re-start or hangs and weird issues.
And these virtual support executives sometimes have no idea which device has which features and all. Move to apple. They have much more better Support than Samsung.
