Unethical Support after Error reporting

I reported this issue of astrography, in which s23 ultra expert raw astrography mode was not showing sky guidelelines after the oneUI update, and i got a revert with list of steps that I'll have to follow to fix it. Resetting the app, reinstalling apps, and even resetting the phone. WHY SAMSUNG CONSIDERS THAT THEIR APPS ARE PERFECT AND BUG FREE? Why a customer who pays money to buy this top notch product, faces these issues? Just check your app and up

date first, might be there some issue, instead of reverting customer to empty there phone.

Definitely gonna do it very soon. It's just been 7 months, and I can't find this S23 ultra any different from other androids, if you just ignore the useless pen.

My primary OnePlus device got stolen.
I bought A54 8/256. And my Devive started restarting automatically in random apps even on UI. I mean it's 2024. Still Samsung phones randomly re-start? Come onnnn.

They removed the current os completely and installed a new OS again. Let's see how it's goes.

Honestly they has the best UI after Pixel. But managing and keep the continuous support towards its customer and atleast make a bug free stable OS is much more difficult that bringing crappy features.
We need stability and support.

I have all of my Corporate apps installed in my A54 and it was restarting automatically.

Even when they diagnosed my device with "Samsung diagnostics" they found the timeframe when it's restarted.
Atleast they accepted in my case
