I hope this message finds you well.

I recently purchased the unlocked Galaxy S24 Ultra (USA model: SM-S928U1) directly from Samsung, expecting full network compatibility — including 5G access — during my travels abroad.

Unfortunately, in India, Jio has blocked 5G service on my device despite full hardware compatibility with their supported bands. This is highly disappointing, considering the significant investment I made in this premium device.

Given that this is an issue of carrier-level IMEI whitelisting, I request Samsung USA to kindly reach out to Jio India on my behalf or escalate this matter through the appropriate channels. As a valued customer, I feel unsupported in a situation that severely limits my experience with the product I paid a premium for.

I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and look forward to your assistance in resolving this network accessibility issue.

Call in jio customer care( 1800 88 99999 ) they will resolve in 5 min.

Jio true 5G network not works with your this device due to it's out of India variant. So please use Airtel 5G network only. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
