I am unable to save message centre number on S7 edge due to which I cannot send text messages.

Thanks for being with Samsung. We would like to inform you that kindly follow given below steps:-

1. Message>>Message setting>>Text message>>Message center>>Remove number>>Rewrite the same number there>>Restart device and check it.

2. Clear the data from Message (Setting>>Application>>Application Manager>>All>>Message >>clear data).(Data can be removed)


3. Kindly contact to SIM provider to take Message center number if still issue persists.

4. Software update handset (Setting>>About Device>>Software Update>>Update) update using 3G or Wi-Fi connectivity.

just yesterday I bought note8 online and see that my messages are failing to send to any number. Tried above steps yet no luck. can someone help?

finally...!!I got this one fixed. The problem is not related to my handset but it is on the SIM.
I tried changing slots and using the SIM on other device and it did not serve the purpose but when I tried with new SIM...tada my problem resolved. Hope this helps
