Bought s22 ultra on 28 of april from samsung shop and activated same on 1st of may 
In samsung shop app while trying to reedem watch 4 offer getiing the error as device not eligible 

Plz.help

This happened to me as well.
This time around Samsung promotional offers is more of grabbing business under the pretext of Early Bird etc.
I cancelled my pre-book Samsung Book 2 pro 360 for this reason.

They also did not gave me Tag and there were no guidelines how to redeem.

It seems that while booking you have to enter some.code to avail these so called early bord offers.

I had to argue several times to redeem my watch.

Yes did .raised concern with customer care also saying to wait for 24-48 hours

I am waiting from 15 days without any resolution. They just say standard 24-48 hours until your offer expires. Make sure you create a ticket and document all the conversations
