Unable to redeem Galaxy watch 4 offer.

I purchased this device few days back. 

I used my student I'd account with my student mail ID to order it. As part of which I am eligible for getting the watch 4 as redemption offer.

Also I am unable to understand that where should I be checking for the redemption offer as the order details are visible only while logging in through mail id through which I ordered. While it is not reflecting when logging in through the same phone number that I used while ordering.

Check it on Samsung shop app, where you've to enter your phone's imei. Else mail your concern at support.estore@samsung.com

Check if u have connected with wifi or sim

Please don't switch off the phone atleast 72hours
