Sad state of affairs from Samsung. I encountered same issue even after multiple parts replacement. I have finally returned the mobile and got the refund.
So s21 fe 5g does not support airtel bands? Because my s22 works well in same location with same sim card.. Samsung should disclose that and work with airtel to fix the issue.
