Installed May security patch yesterday.since then I am only getting 2g data connection. Its s24, bought it just 2 weeks back.

Edit: It's an issue with the sim actually. After changing the sim, I'm able to access 4g/5g.

I have noticed that it happens after every update. Tricks which worked for me - try putting in aeroplane mode and back a few times. If doesn't work then select 2G or 3G mode and restart the phone. There will be no network - then again change back to 5G auto connect mode and wait for a while. It should work after that. Whenever I loose 5G - I just switch to aeroplane mode and back to get 5G. Lastly you can try NetMonster app to switch to 5G only mode. If your problem gets solved then you may click the three dots on my post and Mark my post as Accept Solution so that others with similar issue will be benefited. Thanks

Go to Settings > General management > Reset > select Reset mobile network settings
Then restart. See if this helps.

The last option is factory reset but I would advise you to go to the Samsung Service center since it's under warranty as you mentioned above.
