Unable to capture long screenshot

I'm unable to take long screenshots by scrolling after recent update. Anyone one else in the same boat? Or anyone sailed through any solution?

Toolbar shows up and I do click on scroll down ^ but no luck

Didn't knew this feature is app dependent and not global... Just figured it out... Thanks for the help :)
