On updating my s23 ultra with Ui7 the touchscreen is not responding with fingers, I can only operate using a stylus.
Suggestions how to make it fine

If you are using screen protector, remove and check to know the exact issue.

Ok brother. Then go to service center to check whether there is a hardware issue. You can Also try to do a factory reset.

Try to do a factory reset, a mother solution to most software glitch.

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support India!

● Please follow the below steps, if the battery is removable:
Remove back cover from the device>>Gently remove the battery>>Re-insert the battery>>Fix the back cover.

● Please follow the below steps, If the battery is non-removable:
Press the power and volume down key simultaneously for few seconds.

● Check space availability:
Path: Settings > Device Care >Storage
To improve the device performance, there should be sufficient space. Request you to keep at least ''minimum 20% internal memory free.

● Software update: Please ensure stable Wi-Fi connection to your mobile. Downloading via mobile network may result in additional charges.
Please ensure enough storage space in your device.
Please ensure your device has sufficient battery for updating software. (above 50%)

●Please follow the below steps:

Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings>>Tap on Software update>>Tap on Download and install>>Checking for software update>>Software update available.>> Tap on Download>>Downloading updates>>Tap on Install now.
Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.

● You can reset your device by following the steps:
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember, then reset (Forgot password) your Google account.

For this.
Open Gmail (https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin)
Select forgot password
Select "try another way" like mobile number, security question etc.
Select Next.
Enter a new password.
Tap on Next.

● How, to reset:
Please follow the below steps to reset the device:

● Go to Settings.
● Tap on General Management.
● Tap on Reset.
● Tap on Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup
● After the backup tab on the Factory data reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue is still unresolved, kindly share the device log file within 15 minutes of the issue occurring share a log file, click on Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung member application >> tap on support >> tap on send feedback >> choose composer option >> select error >> select the appropriate category >> type your query).
