Call background not showing

I have saved this as my call background, but when a call comes it shows random coloured screen instead of this background. That random color is the color it has been saved in contact. It was fine in One UI 6, but in one UI 7, it has been messed up. My device : Samsung s23 5g, One Ui 7

It's inbuilt in Samsung dialer app settings

Same issue since beta 2 and still there in stable #OneUI7

Same prblm am on one ui 7 beta 3 !!! Is that samsung will fix it by the update... ?
