Recent Android 12 (UI 4.0) update for S21 ultra is full of bugs and reduced the overall user experience in comparison to UI 3.1

1. Appstore working wierdly, some apps are not updating and throwing errors.
2. Adaptive refresh rate isn't working for Twitter, Chrome
3. Notifications stack is ugly, with smaller fonts and bad UI
4. Some of the previous system setting/ configuration were overwritten to default.

I can't see any need to upgrade to such half-cooked builds, reducing overall experience.

I don't know about stock UI problems but you can't blame twitter, Google
They should update the app from their side to work properly
Try updating apps from the play store and galaxy store

You need to have some patience. It takes time and effort to optimize hundreds of apps for a newly launched android.

Dear Samsung member,

Greetings from Samsung customer support.

Thank you for sharing your concern. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

A factory reset, also known as a hard reset or master reset, is an effective, last-resort method of troubleshooting for mobile phones. It will restore your phone to its original factory settings, erasing all your data in the process. Because of this, it’s important to back up the information before you do a factory reset.

There are lots of reasons why you might want to Factory Reset your Samsung device. Whether you're giving your phone to someone else and you don't want them to access your information, or maybe you're having trouble and need to start from scratch. Factory Resetting a mobile device is not reversible. Please make sure all of your information is saved to a backup somewhere else before attempting to reset your phone or tablet.

In case the issue still occurs. Please visit the nearby service center they will check the issue physically.

Thank you for writing to Samsung.

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support

Exactly, the notifications are scattered all over in the notification panel, especially for the apps like Instagram and Facebook. It's such a turn off and reduces the productivity, spoils the experience!
