UPDATE: Samsung replaced my S21 FE Display

UPDATE: Samsung has officially replaced my display at free of cost! I had to pay only the Labour charges. Kudos to Samsung for offering this support!🎉 

It took them 2 weeks to approve my request but they did resolve the issue. Thank you 
Samsung.

Congratulations bro...BTW I want to ask that how you got free replacement even when ur phone was out of warranty(saw ur post). Did they email you after seeing ur post or U emailed them or anything else?

They saw my twitter post they reached out to me via dm and they asked for my personal details. Then the customer care called me and told me to submit the phone to service center.

I went after a week and submitted my phone to them. The delay is because I had some work and they created a job sheet. I called the customer care and this time they refused to replace the display by themselves and after some long conversation they forwarded the issue to higher authorities.

A higher authority called me the next day and I explained my problems He sent me an email where I explained my issue and my posts, etc.

He inspected the matter and worked closely with the service center and along with his team and he took about 11 days to approve my request.

Then after his approval the serve centre agreed to change my display but this time I only needed to pay the LABOUR FEE. I accepted it.

It took 3 days to order the part and repair and today they finay handed over the phone to me. 😉
