As per the Indian Express article, One UI 6.1 with some AI features could be available for S23 series in April 2024 or later.

I STRONGLY RECCOMEND NOT TO BUY
S24 $24+ it will cause OVER HEATING
ISSUES..!!!
And Samsung S24 Ultra has only
Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 which will be not
affordable for many of us!!!
SO I STRONGLY RECCOMEND YOU THAT
BETTER TO WAIT FOR S23 SERIES PRICE
DROP!!! SNAPDRAGON 8 GEN 2 OS FAR
BETTER THAN "EXYNOS"!!!!
