UI8 not letting me go beyond AI page section

Recently got S25 and today the UI 8.0 update happened on my phone. Post that I can't go beyond AI page. Restarted the phone multiple times still same issue. Anyone facing similar issue? And how to fix this?

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Team, the phone is not moving beyond this page. I cant access anything on the phone. Right now too I am using someone's phone to chat herehjYYMePyzu.jpg

U mean when u switch on the phone, this screen comes & nothing happens??? U cant click anywhere & even if u do it doesn't go away??? Right?????
If that's the case then keep power button pressed for 8-10 seconds & restart.
If this doesn't work, last resort is wipe cache partition and hard reset but then you'll lose ur data.

Yes! You are right...doesn't go anywhere beyond this. I have done multiple restarts with no avail. I am planning to now take it to an authorized service centre!
