UI Inconsistency

Why this one notification banner is solid and another one is transparent? Is it my fault? Can I make these two similer? Any Suggestions??

Ya it's your fault. I think you arranged some different from Good lock module.
So doesn't know that setting so in better way i can say. Reset all setting that would make your phone default only not delete any kind of data.
Plz Accept solution clicking on 3dot right side nd Do follow for Regular Updates.

Ya great but you can and doesn't have problem to perform reset all setting then go for that cz after that this issue will be solve and you can add manually all setting.

No it did not solved, initially I thought it solved, than I turned on dark mode...

That's strange. Reinstall fb so then check if still nothing solve
2 option left.

1. You won have to do factory data reset.(can't cnftm issue will solve)

2. Call customer care they will guide you remotely.

Same issue I am also facing.
Only way to make then look similar is by adjusting the transparency of the lock screen notification similar to the first notification.
I know it's not the proper solution but that's the only way. 🙂
