Galaxy SSo doesn't know that setting so in better way i can say. Reset all setting that would make your phone default only not delete any kind of data.
Plz Accept solution clicking on 3dot right side nd Do follow for Regular Updates.

1. You won have to do factory data reset.(can't cnftm issue will solve)
2. Call customer care they will guide you remotely.

Galaxy SOnly way to make then look similar is by adjusting the transparency of the lock screen notification similar to the first notification.
I know it's not the proper solution but that's the only way. 🙂
