Inconsistent Dark Mode Throughout

So after the One UI 8.5 update on the Galaxy S24 Ultra, there have been many inconsistencies in Google's Material U implementation, and dark mode does not work like dark mode and works like gray mode.

Asking Samsung to fix this.
