Touch Screen Is not working after oneui 6.1 update. On S21 ultra 5g. US variant

I cannot use my phone; I cannot unlock it or proceed after it restarts. I am using my S21 ultra 5g us variant ( Carrier - Varizon)

I have cleared cache partition, I have booted it in safe mode, I have resterted it several time and no response to touch. I cannot swipe down for anything. I cannot receive call as my phone is in airplane mode.

When I try connect to through smart switch the phone doesn't show up because it's not unlocked. I am trying to avoid factory reset because that may not fix it and i lose everything for nothing. 

What can I do?

bro, do a factory reset....Please keep a backup of your important data before proceed.

I have done all these. Still my phn is stucked in the lockscreen.

Same problem bro .S21 usa variant. I have downgraded it to one.ui 6.0 .now the touch is working. Don't know when i can update to one.ui 6.1 for safe

Same, I have downgraded it to 6.0 and it started working fine. I heared a info, the phones which have the screen replaced might have these issues. Did you ever replaced your original screen? I have brought this phone from someone else, so I don't know it tbh if it is the original one or the replaced one.

• Hello guys. How did you downgrade the version to the previous version? I'm having the exact same problem and I have changed my screen before.

Download the firmware for your version/ variant of phone.
Then Flash using odin.

hey guys please help me Ive tried flashing my 21 ultra but there's some binary issue if you guys can help me it'd be a huge favor

Download the PIT file for your variant and load it in the odin in the PIT section. That will solve the issue.

Hey I don't know about the pit file I've tried to downgrade to ui 6.0 I've tried to flash different compatible firmwares but nothing works it always fails on Odin

I went to a software technician and he's saying that your Samsung is on highest security level so it can't be downgraded

My mobile is Samsung s21 ultra sm998u1

Please guide I'm worried sick touch ain't working
