Ugreen Type C to 3.5 mm converter not supporting after software update Dec27, 24

Hi,

My device is samsung 24 ultra, Probably to Dubai variant and I am using it in Bangladesh. My Ugreen type c converter is not working after the software update in December 27th 2024. Before that I regularly used headphone using the converter. Now when I plug the converter it shows "The connected USB device is not supported". So I am asking for the support to Samsung authority to do a new update so that I can use my headphone using the converter as before.
