Is there anyone facing thermal and performance issue while gamimg in s24. 
My device fps are just fluctuating in game from 90 to 40 within 10min of gaming session.
Is there anyone facing the same?

Bhai koi use krra hai ky s24 exynos 2400,
Ye device to use krne lyk hi nahi hai

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● Check space availability: Settings > Battery and device Care > Storage.

● Check RAM in your device: Settings > Battery and device Care > Memory.

● Check app cache: Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

● Clear cache memory of a particular application: Settings > Apps > pick the app > Storage > Clear Cache.

● Close Background Apps.

● Remove third-party applications.

● Remove memory card: Apps > Settings > Device maintenance > Storage > More option > Storage settings > SD card > Unmount.

● Remove third-party accessories.

● Kindly disable Power saving mode( if enable).

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps:
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember the password then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tap on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings. This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).

Thanks samsung team for reaching out this ealry on the issue, however all the steps that you've told are already been tested by me and nothing works. This is not some reugular performance issue that can be fixed by some tweaks.
It clearly shows the chipset optimization issue or software optimisation issue as claimed by the brand that exynos chipset is ppwerful hence I don't think that hardware incapability is the case here.
Kindly look up to this on priority as many samsung flagship device user are facing such kind of issue.

A device for which I'm paying a decent amount of money claimed by the brand that it is a flagship device I don't think so that someone would expect the performance drop like this or delay in fixes.

Please take this on priority and fix the issue as it is really disappointing and I'm losing the trust from the brand
