There is a problem with my s23 Ultra

I recently factory reset my phone. And after that when I went to the about section in my phone's settings I was surprised to see that the picture of the phone being shown in my about phone is not an a23 order but some other Samsung model and I am not sure why did this happen because before factory resetting the phone it was showing the picture of S23 Ultra. Can you please somebody tell me what did this happen?

I saw this problem the first time in my 15-year career. But I try to solve your problem correctly.
1: Check your registered devices that we registers in our Samsung members list. If your S23 ultra does not register so it can happen that I'm seeing. So please register your device first, and after that, solve your issue

Thank you for your response.my phone is already registered in this Samsung members app but there it also shows the same phone image as it shows in the about phone although the name is still S23 Ultra...

Is your phone CPID by any chance?

Yes This happened right after cpid, but how are they linked??

Well, CPID phones don't have official software. I think the phone displayed on the screen is from the IMEI, or may be it was a glitch in the software (CPID).

No the IMEI written on my phone is from another manufacturer OEM (Sharp Inc.)
