I am writing to formally report a recurring issue with my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra concerning its Super Fast Charging 2.0 functionality.
The problem initially began around April 28–29, when I noticed that the device was no longer charging at Super Fast Charging 2.0 speeds. I attempted to resolve the issue by using multiple cables and adapters, all of which are fully compatible and certified for Super Fast Charging 2.0. Unfortunately, these efforts were unsuccessful.
A few days later, the phone began to intermittently display the "Super Fast Charging 2.0" indicator; however, the actual charging speed remained noticeably slow. I then visited an authorized Samsung Service Center, where a diagnostic check was performed. The technicians informed me that the device was functioning normally at the time. They also advised that if the issue persisted, I could submit the device for further inspection, which would take approximately 4 to 6 business days.
Due to urgent business obligations, I was unable to leave the device for extended servicing at that time. The issue appeared to resolve partially, but only to a limited extent — I would estimate the problem was only about 50% resolved.
However, after approximately two to three months, the issue has reoccurred. The device once again does not display the Super Fast Charging 2.0 status, and the charging speed is significantly slower than expected.
I would appreciate it if you could advise on whether this is a known issue with the Galaxy S24 Ultra model or if my specific unit may have a hardware or firmware fault. I am open to having the device submitted for in-depth technical evaluation, should that be necessary.
