Recently my S22 keeps on frozen and getting restart many times in a day, even if i was not using it. I tried cache wipeout and factory reset also but the issue didn't resolved.

Then I tried to turn off all the Galaxy AI features from which most of them was pushed in the latest software update and it helped in minimizing the issue.

Additionally i turned off the WiFi scanning and bluetooth scanning under location settings and now the issue is almost gone. Its being 24 hours now and the phone didnt restart on its own and the screen feeezing issue is also gone.

Hopefully this could be a temporary solution till samsung officially release a new security patch to fix this issue.

Please try and comment if this also helps you to fix your S22

Any update if this still works? mine has just started doing this (for past month getting worse every day as it updated to november patch overnight and im too scared to update again and bricking the phone like many have as i cant afford new one or a repair) and only works well in a fridge or on laptop fans - and i cant do that at work and need it at work -- trying your things now to see how it goes just wondering if theres a more better fix you come across since.
