Galaxy Sdoes anyone else have this screen issue? If you see at the bottom of my phone screen there are the tiktok buttons as if imprinted into the screen. Its STUCK there no matter what app im on, this is just where its clearest so i took this picture. Anyone know how to fix this? Or if this is even something that can be fixed?

Galaxy SIf yes then these are navigation buttons. ie. Back to previous page button, home button and recent tabs buttons.
If you want to hide these and use gestures then
Go to Settings > Display > Navigation bar > change to "Swipe Gestures"

Galaxy SYou also missed the house (home) symbol which is on the left side, it's harder to see but it's there, it's would be more noticeable on a white background as I have it too

Galaxy SDoes your phone have amoled screen?
If both of these is true the issue can be screen burn in. Bro this is an issue i think which can't be resolved with updates. Requires screen replacement!
