System ui not responding

My phone S22 plus start hanging after ui7 update and it was even in dead state for two days. Raise hands who n all facing the issue
 Service center told me to change the motherboard . If that's the case, how it switched on and working fine for last 12 hours.

Hi team, There was no issue before the update. I am not sure why my phone start lagging after the update. Service center told me to replace the motherboard as they do not have the efficiency to perform chip level repairing. My simple question is .. why do the customer has to pay for part replacement if there was nothing intentionally done to the device?

If there was a issue with motherboard, then how it is getting switched on now as customer support team was not even able to switch on the phone?

The information provided by customer service center was completely wrong and to just loot customer money.

The issue has not been resolved yet, my phone still get switch off when I use camera ,gallery or any other system app.

Being a premium member of Samsung, i request you to please do sort the issue as there was nothing installed intentionally. There was a push update from samsung after which the issue started.

For your reference, the update of UI7 was stopped by samsung on April 25 , 2025. There is still a bug in the update, Please look in to it.

Finally, I will not be able to pay 32000 rs for motherboard replacement. Please help me fixing the error
