Continuously facing System UI isn't responding error , can anyone help to resolve the issue.

so they removed for older devices too that's gonna be ah prob try factory reset your device and it's the only option

Wipe cache partition option not showing, only reboot , power off and wipe data reset option.

Yes bro they removed it in the febraury security patch one of the worst decision.
Nevertheless try to reset the setting and clear cache of oneui

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

● Kindly change the Wallpaper and theme of the device. Advise you to choose wallpaper available in a ‘Featured’ section of the wallpaper setting.

● Navigation Path to Change Wallpaper: Long Touch at Home Screen > Wallpaper and Style > -Change Wallpaper > Apply Any Wallpaper in Featured Section.

● Navigation Path to Change Theme: Long Touch at Home Screen > Themes > Apply themes available at Galaxy Themes.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)
