System UI Tuner on s7 edge

Hello
How can i activet System UI Tuner on my s7 edge.. its not activeted while pressing setting button for 5 second ... please guide....

U can't enable it in Touchwiz. Its enabled by default. Thats why Battery percentage and Status bar can be twicked.
