Switching to s24 plus from s22 ultra

Hello everyone, I plan to upgrade my phone from the S22 Ultra to the S24 Plus. Would that be a wise decision? Is the S24 Plus a worthwhile device?

Why not go for s25 plus?

Because on Flipkart, I am getting a 256GB S24+ for just 53,000 rupees, while the S25+ is 100,000 rupees elsewhere. There is a minor difference in specifications, so I think the S24+ is more worthwhile. The price difference is huge, and I have a budget problem, so I am selling my S22 Ultra to buy the S24+.

But after exchanging, I have to pay an extra 50k, and with the S24+, I only have to pay an extra 15k. The S25+'s resale value will drop like the S24+'s, so I don't think investing that much money in the S25+ is worthwhile. And my Samsung shop is giving less discount on exchanges, too.
