Super Fast Charging not working when phone is ON

Hi, got a new ultra 22 two weeks ago and got couple of original chargers (25w and 35w samsung chargers)

All was good until suddenly after 2 weeks the phone no longer super fast charges when it's turned on (it works well when it's turned off)

Not sure what's causing this and it's pretty frustrating as it still says it's super fast charging bit actually it changes like cable and pretty slow

Any suggestions?

Turned off as in ?? Screen turned off?? Or mobile

If Mobile is turned off it fast charges , if mobile is on and screen is turned off then it's still slow
