I have s22 ultra uae version , will it be a problem if i flash USA firmware? And do i have to do a clean flash , or i can just update it ?

Check your model number. If usa carrier has same model like s908e.
You cane do both using odin

In my case i also have uae xsg version s908e . So i flash in indian version. But i will go back to uae version after they will roll update for uae

I was wondering the same thing , if i changed the country firmware as it's available to download in india , nepal , phillipens firmware , will this broke my warranty or stop uae ota update??

No it will not if you flash using stock firmware. You will get update as well

There is no reason I just like to play around and maybe be for some different features that are not available in different countries. 🤔
