Respected Samsung Team, I am writing to share detailed feedback as a loyal Samsung user and a Galaxy S24 Ultra owner.
It is quite surprising that even many entry-level and mid-range Android phones provide built-in options to App Lock, App Hide, Sound-Only Notifications & Full Dual App Support, while such basic privacy-centric features are missing in a world-class flagship device like the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
I would like to submit the following feature requests and missing functionality feedback for One UI:
Device: Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Software: One UI (Current version)
### 🔴 Missing / Requested Features:
* No built-in App Lock feature Even basic Android phones provide native app lock, but One UI flagship devices still rely on third-party apps.
* App Hide is only launcher-level Hidden apps are still traceable via notifications and popups. A deeper, system-level app hide option is required.
* No “Sound-only notification” option On MI (Xiaomi/Redmi/Poco) devices, hidden apps could trigger notification sound only, without any icon, popup, or notification trace. This privacy-focused feature is missing on Samsung flagship devices.
* Limited Dual App (Dual Messenger) support Dual apps are restricted to only 3–4 applications, while many basic Android phones allow dual apps for most applications.
* No Dual App / Multiple instance support inside Secure Folder Secure Folder allows only one instance of an app. Dual or multiple app instances inside Secure Folder would greatly benefit users managing multiple private accounts.

* System-wide built-in App Lock * Proper deep App Hide (beyond launcher hiding) * Optional Sound-only / Anonymous notifications for hidden or private apps * Expanded Dual App support for more applications * Dual App / multiple instances inside Secure Folder * More flexible privacy controls directly within One UI
Samsung flagship devices are known for innovation and user-centric design. Adding these missing but essential privacy and flexibility features will significantly improve the daily experience for power users and professionals.
