Strange problem in screen password for S22 Ultra

I have Samsung Galaxy 22 Ultra and I use the same password for 1 year & 3 months, and now the phone said the password is incorrect and locked out for 24 hours many times.

The last app installed is Microsoft Authentication, after the app installed it ask for phone password and not accept the correct one, then the phone start to reject the valid password until it locked out.

I tried the safe mode and still have the same problem.

"Find my mobile" is not activated. 

For sure the password is correct. 

Samsung support in many countries cannot help me. 

I have very important data on the phone.

Any suggestions?

This is weird, but it can not happen randomly, and the authenticator app can not do anything. You can unlock your phone by opening find my mobile in your laptop>sign in>find your device>unlock phone.

Now i did some research for you, I couldn't find anything related so you can either contact a samsung center or visit the closest mobile shop you trust. Cheers

Q1: Can Samsung Service Center unlock my phone if I prove my ownership?

Q2: The "Unlock" service is temporarily suspended not permanently?
