Strange bug in One UI 7 on my S24+

Whenever I delete an SMS from the notification panel (screenshot attached) the whole notification panel collapses back. Why does this happen? This bug surely needs to be rectified as it's irritating to pull back the notification everytime. 

Has this happened to any of you guys too ?

It's a major update. Kindly reset factory data with backup then try to it's again. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Get into recovery mode - clear cache partition - it helps
