Based on your concern about the other storage in the device, we would like to inform you that the “Other” storage category contains data from apps you have installed on your smartphone or tablet. It includes items such as system files, cached data, and temporary files that do not fall into any other storage categories which unfortunately, cannot be removed.
We would like to inform you that you can reduce the data in the other storage by clearing the cache of the applications. This will reduce some storage. This storage mostly contains the system files, so storage can't be reduced.
● How to clear app data
Open Settings >> Tap Apps >> Tap the app you wish to clear data from.
Please note: if you delete files from an app you often use, the app will run slower.

My other files shows 116gb though the heaviest app i have has data of only 40gb Now tell me how to resolve it this is not the correct resolution technical team needs to resolve this issue
