Stock file manager doesn't show or read "android>data" and also hasn't "favourites" folder,Can't customise or reorder folders in file manager home page as we can in old androids
Because of Android policy, you can't see data folder items in stock file manager by any android device however install Files by Google app. You can do all tasks that you mentioned above.
