Well Samsung doesn't have dual app feature specifically but it does have Secure Folder. With Secure Folder you can : Create seperate versions of apps and keep their data seperate. Move your personal data to secure folder for next level security. It's protected by Knox. Secure your folder by password/fingerprint. If you wanna try it, go to Settings > Security and Privacy > More security settings > Secure Folder to set up.
