@samsungsupport,

Since updates my S23 to the new UI 7.0, I've been experiencing a recurring issue. When I unlock or lock the device, a static screen briefly flashes (for approximately 1-2 seconds) on the upper part of the display. This visual glitch negatively impacts the user experience. This happens not every time but it happens. I will appreciate if you bring this issue to the attention of your technical team for review.

We request you kindly share the log file. Also, share the video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Video and log files are impossible to take because it happens only for one to two seconds. No one can take make video in a very short span of time
