Hello @samsungsupport,

Since updating my S23 to the new UI 6.0, I've been experiencing a recurring issue. When I unlock or lock the device, a static screen briefly flashes (for approximately 1-2 seconds) on the upper part of the display. This visual glitch negatively impacts the user experience. I would appreciate it if you could bring this to the attention of your technical team for review.

It happened with my S23 too go to service center they will resolve the problem

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
