Stable One UI 7 update needs Beta 4

Some Galaxy S24 smartphone users claim that One UI 7 Beta 3 brings smooth UI but lacks consistency in performance.

Beta 4 will be imminent before launch of S25. Samsung can't afford a final buggy version in its flagship S25.
