My S Pen isn't working. I looked it up on Google and it says some magnetic cases can interfere with the S Pen. But this case is from Spigen and their website says it doesn't interfere with the S Pen. I took the case off and tried using the S Pen, but it still doesn't work. I've tried resetting the S Pen, restarting my phone, and everything I can think of with and without the phone case. Nothing seems to work. What should I do now? 😭😭😭😭,How do I ask for replacement and procedure.When I use the S Pen on the screen, it recognizes the pen (the pointer appears) and I can use the S Pen's buttons. However, the touch function is not working.

Visit a service center as such your device is in warranty

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
