Hi I have just bought the S25 ultra and the spen is not working at the bottom part of the screen in my device.

If you do have any concerns regarding your s-pen. If you think your device is not performing as it should.

If it's within 15 days of purchase.. you can actually get yourself a new device replaced

Yes actually I was using a magsafe case that is why it wasn't working now it is solved.

Get it replaced ASAP. I believe this will be taken up seriously by the Service center since device has just been launched.

This was actually my fault I had a magsafe accessorie slapped on the cases that is why it's not working

Thank you for your concerns regarding the S Pen functionality. we would like to clarify that when using the S Pen, it's important to avoid touching the screen too quickly without hovering over it, as this can lead to recognition failures. Also, drawing with the S Pen at an angle or applying weak pressure may result in the pen not detecting your input due to insufficient pressure. Please be aware that strong magnetic forces from accessories that contain magnets can reduce the S Pen's pressure sensitivity, leading to performance issues. This concern applies to all devices currently equipped with S Pens.
