Galaxy SThis video by chong liu can open Samsung's eyes. The problem is not with the Exynos Hardware. In games, it's the game optimizing service that does this **bleep** of throttling. People said that these chips heat up, but I never felt my S10+ much hot on the outside compared to other phones. Even Mr. Whosetheboss's thermal comparisons don't show much difference. In benchmarks also it isn't much behind snapdragon S10+. Although I can complain about woeful performance in S20 series maybe.
The problem is with the same optimising service in Exynos versions. Check this out-:

Please don't do this on S20 series. Exynos 990 chips are really inefficient and overheating. Or if you do this, just play games on lower settings.

Thanks to your post, i came to know about this. I followed the procedure and successfully disabled GOS using adb. Though i am yet to see the actual performance, its good to know there is atleast some workaround for this poor graphic performance. I am using an S10.

What a difference after disabling GOS!! I tested 2 games... Real racing 3 and Coverfire. Used the Developer options for the FPS widget. Both recorded a steady 58 fps. Rock solid. No throttling at all. Real racing i played for around 45 mins and the phone became just warm. Coverfire i had played for around 30 mins and the phone became moderately warm but not hot.
To conclude, this disabling of GOS really worked in my S10.
