Galaxy SCheck Game Optimizing Service (GOS):
Samsung devices have a Game Optimizing Service that manages performance during gaming.Open the Samsung Game Launcher app and navigate to its settings.Check if there are any power-saving modes enabled. Try switching to a performance mode if available.
Disable Power Saving Modes:
Go to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > Power saving mode.Ensure that power saving mode is turned off.
Check Performance Mode:
Go to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > More battery settings.Ensure that Enhanced processing is enabled for better performance.
Update Software and Games:
Ensure that your device’s software is up to date. Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install. Also, ensure that all your games and apps are updated to their latest versions from the Google Play Store or Galaxy Store.
Clear Game Data and Cache:
Go to Settings > Apps > Select the game (e.g., PUBG, Clash of Clans).Tap on Storage > Clear cache and Clear data.
Check for Background Processes:
Sometimes background processes can affect game performance.Go to Settings > Battery and device care > Memory and clear any unnecessary background apps.
Monitor Temperature:
High temperatures can cause the device to throttle performance to prevent overheating.Ensure your device isn’t overheating by using it in a cooler environment or removing the case if it traps heat.
Reset Game Launcher Settings:
Go to Settings > Apps > Game Launcher.Clear data and cache to reset it to default settings.
Factory Reset (Last Resort):
If the problem persists, you might consider a factory reset. Make sure to back up your data before doing this.Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Factory data reset.
Contact Samsung Support:
If none of the above solutions work, it may be a deeper issue with the device.Contact Samsung support for further assistance or visit a Samsung service center.
These steps should help in diagnosing and resolving the FPS lock issue you are experiencing in games on your Samsung S24 Ultra.

Galaxy SAbout Phone: Scroll down and select "About Phone" or "About Device." This option might be located under the "System" or "System & Updates" section, depending on your device.
Software Information: In the "About Phone" menu, look for an option called "Software Information" or something similar. Tap on it.
Build Number: In the "Software Information" menu, locate the "Build Number" entry. You might need to scroll down to find it.
Enable Developer Options: Tap on the "Build Number" entry multiple times (usually seven times) quickly. You should see a message indicating that you are now a developer.
Go Back: Press the back button or navigate back to the main Settings menu.
Developer Options: Scroll down to find a new menu called "Developer Options." It should be above or below the "About Phone" option.
Refresh Rate Setting: Tap on "Developer Options" to open it. Scroll down to find the option related to display refresh rate or FPS (frames per second). The exact name of the option can vary depending on your device manufacturer and software version.
Enable Refresh Rate Display: Once you've found the refresh rate or FPS option, toggle it on to display the refresh rate on the screen.
