Software update isn’t available on my galaxy S23

I'm using this phone since 2023 (August). I didn't get any major software update. And I'm stuck in ONE UI 5.1. I also made a factory reset yesterday. But nothing changed, no updates are available. 

It’s too much annoying & disturbing for me. Is there any solution for me?

Is this Indian model or you purchased outside from India?

It’s US model & purchased from BD.

You have US Modle that's why isn't work , don't worry

Download Smart Switch app on pc and your device , then Connect with USB cable and after opening app you automatically seen update

Note: don't disconnect until it's install in your device

If you purchase model outside from India and For getting call recording in your device if you change CSC or any other things then these might be the reason you won't get update.

What is CSC?

Country Service Code, people who purchase their phone from other countries so they won't get call recording so by changing csc call recording will be enables in specific csc.

I prefer not to change csc because it effect the device. Because one of the effect is that It didn't get any software update or Security Patch Update.
