Dear Samsung Support Team,
I am writing to report serious issues with my Samsung Galaxy S23 (Model: SM-S911B) after the latest software update.
After installing the recent update (One UI 8.0, Android 16, Security Patch Level: 1 January 2026), my phone has been facing the following problems:

1. Severe overheating issue during normal usage.

2. Extremely fast battery drain – the battery lasts only around 2 hours 30 minutes even with light use.

3. Overall performance has become very poor, with frequent lag and slow response.

Before this update, my device was working perfectly without any such issues. These problems started only after the software update, which is affecting my daily usage badly.

I kindly request you to look into this issue urgently and provide a proper solution, such as a bug fix, optimization update, or guidance to resolve these problems. If required, I am willing to visit an authorized service center.

Please treat this matter as high priority.

Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
