Hello everyone I am Pranay from Rajasthan, India.
I am here for complaining for my phone which has uncertainly gone to a unknown mode which I don't know how it has gone.
like on normal days I was using my S7 Edge and it was functioning normal completely beforr my college lecture has been started I put the phone in my pocket and when the lecture is over all of sudden screen has gone and a screen with bootloaded exception error has appeared
I didn't understand what has happened so I rushed to nearest service centre even they couldn't understand what has happened and they told me that motherboard has crashed I told them how they also don't know that .
I have gone to another service centre they have also seen this kind of problem first time
every shortcut key everyone tried but don't know what happened nothing was working.
So after so many days I visited another service centre of another city they also don't know what happened and with every service centre price of motherboard was hiking.
they told me the range from 8000 - 17000 Indian Ruppee
So I don't know what to do now
I have done nothing wrong I love my phone more then anything and suddenly all my data everything in my phone where it is gone without any cause.
I loved samsung in all ways
I only have samsung phones in my house and samsung is not giving me any reply what was happened why it crashed.
and same problems were faced by people who were using S8 plus but they got exchanged and due to warranty
what was I supposed to do now if anybody know then please give your advice

bhai insaan ka gurantee hi nhi hai..ye mobile kya cheeze...har cheeze hone ka reson ho..ye zaruri nhi...

I got nothing from your service centre they didn't understand the problem.
I hope your company has better level of engineers who will know what has actually happened
