Galaxy SHello everyone,
I received my new Samsung Galaxy S25 5G today (ordered directly from the Samsung India website), and while everything is working fine, I noticed a small dent near the SIM card slot right out of the box.
The phone was sealed and brand new
I recorded an unboxing video (though the dent isn’t clearly visible in it)
I’ve attached a clear photo of the dent
SIM tray works fine, no performance issues so far
Has anyone faced anything similar? I want to know if this kind of cosmetic damage qualifies for replacement or repair under Samsung’s policy.
Would appreciate guidance from Samsung moderators or anyone who's dealt with a similar issue.
Thanks in advance!
