Hey all,

I am an international student, and my SIM card slot 1 does not detect any SIM card; however, everything works fine with slot 2.

But as I have an eSIM with an international number, it's kind of a pain to use slot 2 and the eSIM.

Even after multiple talks with Samsung technician experts, nothing has happened. They scheduled a repair, but then my phone passed the diagnostic test and came back as it is.

The phone is still under warranty.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
